Media Restrictions for PBS’ 2005 National Memorial Day Concert

PBS’ 2005 Memorial Day Concert will take place this weekend on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol. This event will be a closed set for all media on both Friday, May 27th and Sunday May 29th. These restrictions apply to all accredited members of the media wishing to gain access to the event, as well as requests to park satellite trucks anywhere on Capitol Grounds.

The only day media will be allowed to cover this event is during the rehearsals on Saturday, May 28th. Rehearsals are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. and conclude at 10:00 p.m. If you need further details, please visit www.pbs.org/memorialdayconcert.
